Coast Mountain Thermal Inc. (CMTI) specializes in commercial and residential
asbestos remediation where extra care and attention must be taken to ensure

restoration companies coordinating remediation of the asbestos materials
with the restoration of houses and businesses following fire and water
damage.

is done to WorksafeBC and industry standards no matter how big or small. We
offer free onsite estimates and can return a written estimate usually within
48 hours.
Coast Mountain Thermal Inc. is licensed to carry hazardous waste and is a member of the Hazardous Materials Association and the Vancouver Regional Construction Association
Coast Mountain Thermal offers all levels of asbestos removal, (high risk, modified moderate risk, & moderate risk). At the time of your free site visit with your CMTI specialist the assessment of the level of risk for your project will be decided and discussed with you.
